Tash and Harvey 28.10.21

A first for me shooting at Hockwold Hall and what a gorgeous venue! I was meant to shoot here on a few occasions in 2020 but what with covid postponements, my first visit took a little longer than originally planned – SO worth the wait.

It’s been an absolute joy to look back through Tash and Harvey’s images and blog this wedding. I know I say it all the time, but I really had so much fun shooting their day and having had a really super engagement shoot with them both earlier in the year – just based off that alone, I knew this wedding was going to be epic.

On the 28th of October, we were given a glorious day of sunshine. Crisp autumn weather. There were occasions people even took off their jackets as the afternoon sun continued to glow. We couldn’t have had it better meaning we had full opportunity for some stunning couple portraits that afternoon. As well as that, guests were able to enjoy welcome drinks on the lawn, listening to Tom Bainbridge play some tunes, something you don’t always think we’d be able to do in England, in late October.

The marquee was decked with natural foliage which really complimented their colour scheme. The favours were simply awesome – little bottles of different gins, no two were the same. A special touch linking into Tash and Harvey’s background of owning their own pub.

A top day with plenty of drinks, laughter, fun and music whilst working with some fab suppliers too:
