I’ve moved! If you’re a regular of the last 10 years, it’s important to note I have now moved Studio’s! My Studio has now been moved to my home.

Please don’t panic, I’m still in Swaffham and what’s better, is that I’m finally on the ground floor and have private parking too!

Due to this, my address and how to find me is only given out once your booking is 100% confirmed and in the diary. You will be sent all the details you need at the time of booking your photoshoot.

Helpful tips & information

Illness or cancellation 

I politely ask that if you or a member of your party is poorly, please do not attend your session and let me know. I understand it’s the time of year for sniffles which is absolutely fine, but if you’re suffering severely with cold/flu, have any type of sickness or are on the fence about having something contagious, please do not attend. If I am able, I will of course reschedule your appointment for you for another time. 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Take it steady coming up the drive, there’s a sudden incline at the bottom.

Our drive is plenty big enough for multiple cars to park on our drive, so no need to park on the road, unless you prefer. With that said, please park with others in mind so that they are able to get in and out.

Please arrive ready and as on time as best you can. If you are late, this will eat into your session time I’m afraid.

PLEASE WAIT

Please wait in your cars until I come out and are ready for you, I could have other clients in beforehand and we might not be finished just yet. If you feel the need to wait outside your vehicle, please be respectful of noise levels for our neighboring properties.

Please do not enter the Studio until I have given the go ahead. When I can, I will always try and message to say if I am ready any sooner.

PRAMS

If you are walking to your appointment or wish to bring a pram, I have an outdoor pram store for you to park your prams in. The studio is tight for spare space, so to allow us more freedom to move and for me to be able to take your photos, I politely ask you to not bring your prams inside please.

DOGGIES

As my Studio is at my home, on some occasions my doggies may be playing in their back garden. Please be warned that although they might bark at the excitment of seeing your cars, they are two very excitable but lovely doggies and are friendly. They are enclosed in their garden and cannot get to you. Their names are Seb (our scruffy chocolate cockerpoo) and Wintson (the wiener) and if you are happy to say hello, they’ll soon be quiet and become your new pals.

FACILITES

My Studio is on the ground floor with it’s own baby changing facilities and own private bathroom.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash, card and bank transfer are accepted though cash is preferable.

FOOTWEAR

If you’d like to wear shoes during your photoshoot, in the autumn/winter months, it’s advisable you bring your chosen pair of footwear with you to change into at the shoot. That way your wet shoes can be left at the entrance and you’re able to wear your nice clean shoes in your photos.

Due to the type of flooring in the studio, sorry no high heels as this damages the vinyl. Wedges and block heels are fine, but nothing with a single point heel or sharp heel.
